We offer 100% Guarantee for one year from the date of purchase.

A once only exchange for value paid on nursery stock only. No refunds. Value paid will be applied as a credit towards any nursey stock. No flowers, perennials or ground covers.

This Guarantee is void in cases of owner negligence such as insufficient watering, or damages inflicted upon the tree or shrub over pruning, improper planting procedures or conditions, insect infestation, improper use of herbicides, wind burn, slat damage, or physical damage.

All plants returned must be completely dead. Please provide photos of planted plant and location.

Delivery, planting, removal, and disposal of dead plants are not part of the guarantee if it was not delivered and installed by Maple Lane Nurseries & Landscaping.

We cannot guarantee to the colour of leaves or needles as soil conditions, moisture content and pH level at planting site may affect these factors.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH INVOICE AND THE DEAD PLANT.
